BACKGROUND CHECK SERVICES for ADEETA PLACEMENTS  
             
ADEETA conducts reference checks, which are Prior Employment verifications, on all of its applicants before referring them to clients.  As an added value, ADEETA can conduct a variety of other background checks at our client’s request.  These services are offered on an “as needed” basis. These checks include:

SKILL & KNOWLEDGE TESTING SERVICES

TESTING SERVICES for ADEETA Applicants:

        

ADEETA has the ability to test our applicants via the internet.  This means we can test people locally, anywhere on the planet and even in YOUR office. We skill and knowledge test all of our applicants prior to placement, but the list of tests we conduct vary according to the applicant’s own experience. 
            
TESTING SERVICES for NON-ADEETA Applicants:
            
ADEETA also offers to test client’s existing employees on any of our available tests for a very nominal charge.  This process allows employers to gain an understanding of the level of knowledge of their current staff to determine what level a new hire should have in order to be successful in their environment.  

ADEETA will also test non-ADEETA applicants for a charge.  If you would like more information on these testing services, please contact our office at 504-523-1786 and ask for Ellshaa Rogers, our office manager, and she will be happy to explain what tests are available, the procedure for testing and the fees involved.

The categories for which we can test are:  ACCOUNTING, CALL CENTER, FINANCIAL, HEALTHCARE, INDUSTRIAL, LEGAL, MICROSOFT OFFICE, SOFTWARE, and TECH TEST.  Please call our office for a complete list of all tests available under these categories.

    

PROFILE TESTING SERVICES

ADEETA works with an industrial psychologist who can conduct a myriad of profile tests which can be used to enhance the selection process.  These tests can also be used to enhance the employment relationship once a hire is made.  A sample of tests available are: Career Interest Inventory, Position Specific Integrity and Performance Index with Interview Question Aid, and Sales Aptitude and Skill Level.  However, there are many more available.  For maximum benefit, ADEETA recommends having these test results interpreted by a trained professional.  We will be happy to refer you to our consultant who has a Phd. in Psychology at your request.  Please call our office at 504-523-1786 for more information on these Testing or Consulting Services.
