LOLA K. LASS, CTS, CSP President Lola has been a resident of New Orleans since 1972. She attended Valparaiso University where she majored in Business Administration and returned to New Orleans in 1980 to begin her career in the staffing industry. At the age of 29 she started her first staffing company which grew to three offices over the course of nine years before selling to her partner in 1998. She then opened ADEETA Corporate Staffing, LLC. She acquired her Certified Temporary Staffing-Specialist designation in 1992, and her Certified Staffing Professional designation in 2004. She is a Past President of the Louisiana Staffing Association, serving as President from 1996-2002, served as 1st Vice President of Legislative Affairs from 1992-1995 and currently holds the office of Vice President at Large. She was a member of the State of Louisiana’s Department of Labor Advisory Council for Private Employment Services from 1996-2002. Lola currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater New Orleans Executives Association, a chapter of the International Executives Association, and is on the Stewardship Committee of St. John Lutheran Church.

MONA K. WOLFE, CTS, CSP Vice President Mona moved to New Orleans in November, 1972. She attended Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond and Concordia Teacher’s College in Seward, Nebraska. She started out as an Executive Assistant in the oil and gas industry in 1989. After serving that industry for 9 years, she became a partner in ADEETA Corporate Staffing, LLC. Mona has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Staffing Association since 2001. She currently serves as Past-President but has also held the offices of Vice President of Education, Vice President of Public Relations and Vice President at Large. Mona acquired her Certified Temporary Staffing-Specialist designation in 2003 and her Certified Staffing Professional designation in 2004. Mona is active in her church and serves on the Personnel Committee. She also is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Willwoods Community.

ELLSHAA ROGERS Office Manager Ellshaa Rogers is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. After high school she moved to Dallas, Texas where she began her career in office administration. In 2005, after serving a legal reproduction company for 10 years, she decided to return to New Orleans to be closer to family. She joined ADEETA Corporate Staffing, LLC, as office manager in June, 2005. Ellshaa played a critical role in ADEETA’s successful recovery from Hurricane Katrina. Ellshaa’s dedication to customer service makes her invaluable when dealing with both our clients and our applicants. She handles our payroll and accounting functions in addition to supporting our executive staff.

RACHELE STAINS Recruiter Rachele joined ADEETA in May, 2007. A native of Slidell, Louisiana, she earned her Bachelors Degree in History from the University of New Orleans in 2005 and has completed one year towards her MBA. Rachele came to ADEETA after spending a year in the Human Resources arena of a large retail chain. Rachele handles both temporary and direct hire placement and is currently studying for her CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) exam.

JESSICA PERILLOUX Sales Associate Jessica came to ADEETA after a stint in the leasing business. A native of Destrehan, she entered the workforce immediately after graduating from Destrehan High with a sense of ambition and some fierce determination. Her background in retail, restaurant and property leasing has helped her develop her sales skills and enhance her customer service focus. Her love of meeting new people combined with her desire to help others makes her a welcome addition to the ADEETA Team, and makes her a natural fit with our company philosophy.

SUNNY MANN Recruiting and Research Assistant Sunny is a native of Chicago, IL who earned her BA at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She moved to New Orleans in 2004 to pursue a Ph.D. in Linguistic Anthropology at Tulane University. As part of our Recruiting Team, she handles resume reviews, database maintenance and employment verifications. She is presently working towards completing her dissertation and enjoying her status as a newly wed. Sunny is also an adjunct professor at both Tulane and Dillard Universities. |
