The founder of ADEETA Corporate Staffing, LLC, Lola K. Lass, had been in the staffing industry for 16 years prior to opening our company. She originally learned about the staffing industry in her first job out of college. She worked for Hibernia National Bank in the Employee Relations department and one of the department’s responsibilities was to handle all requests for temps throughout the bank.  Shortly after working in this position, one of the temp services asked her boss if they could offer her a job in their firm and that was the beginning of her career in staffing. She worked for Norrell Services (now Spherion) for 2 years and then was recruited away by a local businessman that wanted to add a temp division to his existing placement firm.  She took over the reigns of the newly formed company called Executemps and enjoyed her role of President and General Manager for almost 6 years. At that time, the owner was having financial problems and Lola ventured out on her own to start Brooke Staffing, along with her partner, Susan. After 9 years of success, Lola was ready to move on and opened ADEETA Corporate Staffing, first designed to operate placing Information Technology talent, both locally and nationally.  After a few years of operation, it was time to expand and ADEETA began placing other professional positions and office support staff as well. Through the years, ADEETA found its niche as a leader in the placement of high caliber Accounting and Administrative staff (on all levels) to primarily the Greater New Orleans region.
