Similar to our Placement Plus Service, we will also conduct “Get Started on the Right Foot” training for a new hire that has not been placed by ADEETA.  As we all know, the cost to hire a new employee is extremely high with experts stating it can cost an employer up to 6 months of the person’s salary to get a new employee up and running to a beneficial point of productivity. Most small to mid-sized employers can’t afford to take the time to review the fundamentals of proper work ethic, office etiquette and interpersonal do’s and don’ts.
