PLACEMENT-PLUS SERVICES
In addition to ADEETA’s Direct Hire, Temporary and Temp-to-Hire PLACMENT SERVICES, we also offer additional value under our PLACEMENT-PLUS SERVICES.
For each DIRECT HIRE PLUS placement, ADEETA Will conduct 3 hours of customized training on “Getting Started on the Right Foot”. One of our owners will spend one hour a week, in your office, with your new hire from ADEETA for the first three weeks of the employment. During this time we we will review how a new employee can best “get started on the Right Foot” in their new job, as well as in your environment.
